our sophisticated molding equipment we can turn your design into integral
compound parts. While some parts are completed at this stage, many progress
through additional value adding steps. Secondary operations include marking
to aid in positioning during assembly, drilling for inclusion of grommets or
pop fasteners, application of acrylic adhesive tapes, integral molding to
construct compound parts and reduce customer assembly requirements, die
cutting, assembly, and vulcanizing.

Our unique vulcanizing
process creates joints that are not only at least as strong as adjacent
material in the part but share all its performance characteristics including
density and hardness. This eliminates "hard spots" which can
jeopardize the seal in many applications. Our assembly services mean parts
arrive at your facility 100 percent ready to install.
