Each batch is sampled and tested in our laboratory to assure that it is uniform and possesses all the characteristics that were designed into it. Whatever rubber your project requires our skilled technicians can provide the material you need.

After the base material is manufactured, it is transferred to the appropriate area for extrusion or molding. Once the line is configured for your part, material is loaded and the test run is processed. Measurements of the part and tests of its critical characteristics are performed before the production run begins.

Then quality checks are run at regular intervals throughout the duration of the run, so that all material, which leaves the extruding or molding areas, is known to be within final specification.
